The roadside vendors occupy most of the pedestrian footpaths by setting up their wares on display. There is no space for pedestrians to walk. Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I am expressing my grave concern over the misuse of space on roads. The roadside vendors occupy most of the space. It disturbs the smooth flow of traffic. It also causes unbearable difficulties even to the pedestrians. Many accidents and quarrels take place almost every day. The traffic becomes beyond control during peak hours, the office going people and the school going children are regularly disturbed. They get late and mentally perturbed and tensed. Is being one of the regular suffers.

Kindly see that the concerned authorities penalize the vendors who dare occupy the roadside space.
